PEI Receipt Scanner ("the App") is an internal tool developed by Probst Electric, Inc. for use by its employees and authorized personnel. This privacy policy explains how the App handles information.

Information We Collect

The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. All data remains on your device.

• Camera: Used solely to photograph receipts. Images are processed locally and are never uploaded to any server.
• Photos / Storage: Used to save receipt PDFs to your device's Documents folder and to allow selecting existing photos.
• Email: The App opens your device's native email application to send receipts. The App does not access, read, or store your email account credentials or messages.

How Information Is Used

Receipt images and PDFs are used only to generate and send expense submissions via your device's email app. No data is shared with third parties. No analytics or tracking services are used.

Data Storage

PDFs are saved locally to your device under Documents/PEI Receipts. You control how long files are retained through the App's settings. Files are not backed up to any cloud service by the App.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for use by Probst Electric employees only and is not directed at children under the age of 13.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised date.
